Well, I have never posted or blogged before

But I have ranted, raved, lectured, rambled, recited and bored others to death I am sure----so I figure I'll give this a whirl.

I am of the belief that no one will read this, unless of course I reach some type of infamy and in that case, every word will be dissected and measured and replayed....so just in case I shall try to be careful and keep the ranting and boredom to a minimum.

I joined VOX so that I could read my son's blogs.  He writes, not by choice, but by assignment as he is studying to become a teacher.  I am so proud of him, thus my profile name.  I am fortunate enough to have 3 sons who make me realize that no matter whether I ever reach a degree of stature to have others read my blog, I have 3 sons who I have given to our world and I am confident that they will make this place a better place to be.

And so they are my gifts. 

I offer this testimony up because I am just so fortunate to have these wonderful beings in my life.

I never understood that love and pride could actually be a physical feeling, but when you have children you just love them so very much that your heart does literally swell, you can feel it.

And so I humbly dedicate this first blog to my three amazing sons.

May they forgive my rantings my ravings and the boredom I am sure I have on many occassions inflicted upon them.

They have brought me joy and pride and love.    And I am aware of how lucky I am
